You can enter your delivery number in our delivery locator. This will allow you to access a page with all information on your delivery, its status, expected delivery date, etc.
If you do not have the delivery number, you must request it from the sender of the delivery or the branch in charge of the delivery. You can find the branch responsible for the delivery by writing your address in our agency locator.

Only the sender can authorise a change of address and delivery information. In the case of the recipient, they must request the change through the sender of the delivery.

If you are going to be absent during the expected delivery date or prefer to collect the delivery, your delivery will be available at the branch closest to your postcode for a period of 15 days from its dispatch. If you come to collect it in person, we will need you to present your DNI identity document or passport. If someone comes on your behalf, we need them to present a photocopy of your DNI identity document or passport.

TIPSA transports goods with a maximum weight per package of 50kg and/or the total of 3 measurements (height, width and length) being under 300cm.

To the whole world. We have our own delivery structure throughout the Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal), Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, and through DPDgroup, we have international transport services.
The services must be paid in cash or by bank card at our branches at the time of requesting them. In case of being a client with an account at one of our branches, an invoice will be issued in accordance with the agreed services and conditions.
